I always recommend this place to people when they go to Gatlinburg and every time I'm there, I always want to stop by here. The servers are very attentive and friendly. I really like their sangria! The food is delicious as well. The elote is a little bit too spicy for me, but everything else is flavorful

Great food and drinks. Location is very accessible, unfortunately you have to go up an escalator that was broken at the time.

The two kinds of salsa were really good.We had steak fajitas and was delicious and tender. The view on the outside deck was really nice. Our waiter did a really good job.The food was comparable in price to other similar restaurants. The only negative is the beer was expensive.I didn't notice any specials for a working man,so four stars from The Working Man Review.

Bartender and server Bette was amazing. She gets five stars! Food was incredibly good. Another five stars there. Five stars for atmosphere and view and music playing. So maybe I should give this a five star rating But the pricing is a bit on the high side. It's Mexican food, not steaks. Margarita was decent but I've had better. It came from a frosty machine -- And I think pricing on menu could be clearer ... spent $50 on a pitcher of margaritas which I wouldn't have done as I will usually have a couple and thought a small pitcher made sense but it was large ! Partly my fault for not looking better and noticing all the different options ...

Headed for the rooftop patio around 5pm on a Wednesday in early November because the weather was fine and the sun was setting. It took a while for any server to attend to our table -- maybe because we chose to seat at the far end of the bar away from the loud live music (although we enjoyed the entertainer and songs from afar). In the interim, I serviced our own table with placemats, tableware and napkins from a stack of the same at a nearby table. When our server finally arrived, she diligently focused on us, took our orders, repeated them back to us and returned regularly to ensure we were happy patrons. The food was spot-on taste-wise, although a bit pricey for similar orders elsewhere (especially Tex-Mex in Knoxville just an hour away). My chicken quesadilla - absolutely yummy with perfectly seasoned meat. The end quarters seemed a little short of chicken, however. My spouse's chicken fajita quesadilla apparently tasted fantastic especially with the additional peppers and onions - even though they cost extra. Our friend raved about her taco trio with beans and rice, especially the brisket taco. Two of our soft drinks seemed reasonably priced, yet our friend's unsweet iced tea cost more than our individual sodas. Strange! Chips and salsa also cost extra--unlike most places that offer them free. A few extra adds-ons ramped up the bill to nearly $100 with tip. Ouch! Yet that's what to expect for tasty food in a touristy town.

We were able to get a table for 8 on a busy Saturday afternoon. We were seated on the 3rd floor rooftop. I was enjoying it so much I forgot to take photos of our food or of the HUGE margarita pitchers that kept going by our table. Everyone loved the tacos, fajitas, salads, quesadillas and rice and the service from Arley was phenomenal!

Such a cool restaurant. We sat on the 3rd floor patio. Loved watching the people down on the street while we waited. Lots of people and awesome scenery. Our waitress was awesome. She took our order quickly and since she puts it on a handheld computer it is immediately sent to the kitchen. The food came out quickly. When I first saw my enchiladas I was a little worried. They had a green sauce on them and also raw onions. I scraped the onions off and with real trepidation tasted my enchiladas. Wow!! They were amazing. They had a very unique taste but I loved it, I'm guessing it was cilantro. The refried beans were also unique. I liked them best on a chip and not alone. My husband had a beef chimichanga. It looked like a donut covering with a powdered sugar frosting, it wasn't of course. I tasted it and it was yummy. The 4 stars is because there were no free chips and salsa. Maybe that's an Oklahoma/Texas thing but I'm used to getting them free. The salsas weren't good. One tasted like tomato juice with no real flavor. The other one had some flavor but not much. The chips were good with my refried beans but not with the salsas. I would definitely go here again but not get the salsa.
